3/15/14 ME Upper Body

Start off today with max effort thrusters! Work up to a heavy one rep max and take as many sets as needed.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform the following for time:

Row 500m
21 – 15 – 9 reps of :
Kettle bell swings @45/25
Knees to elbows on pull up bar
Row 500m
