3/12/14 DE Lower Body

Start of today with 3 box squats on the minute for 12 minutes. Use 60% of your 1 rep max squat.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform 3 rounds for time of the following:

100 jump rope singles
50 sit ups
25 box jumps
10 dead lifts @185/115
