3/10/14 ME Upper Body

Start off today with max effort bench press. Work up to a heavy single.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform the following for 18 minutes

Odd minutes: 10 burpees
Even minutes: 10 dumbbell snatch @45/ 25 (alternate arms each rep)
