2/7/14 ME Lower Body

Start off today with 7 sets of 1 sumo style dead lift. Work up to a heavy sumo!

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform the following for time:

10 down to 1 pull ups
2 up to 20 one arm dumbbell snatch @45/20
(Alternate arms each rep)
