2/6 DE Lower Body

Start off today with DE box squats. Perform 3 reps on the minute for 12 minutes. Use bands or chains if you have them.

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform 5 rounds of the following for time:

5 clean and jerks at 135
10 burpee box jumps
15 kettle bell swings
