2/28/14 DE Lower Body

Start off today with 6 walking lunges on the minute for 8 minutes while holding a loaded barbell in the front rack. Use 105 for men and 65 for women.

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform the following for time:

Row 1000m
50 pull-ups
Row 500
25 pull ups
