2/25 ME Lower Body

Start off today with suspended good mornings. If you don’t have a way to set these up, do regular good mornings. Work up to a heavy double. See the video below:

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform:
Death by burpees:

With a continuously running clock, start with one burpee on the first minute. Every minute, add one burpee until you are unable to finish within the minute.
