2/21/14 ME Lower Body

Start off today with max effort front squat. Perform 7×1 reps working up to a heavy single.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform the following for time:

Run 400m
6 power snatches @95/65
6 pull ups
Run 200m
9 power snatches
9pull ups
Run 100m
12 power snatches
12 pull ups

(Sub one arm dumbbell snatches if necessary)
