2/21 Short Range Met Con

Today is all about moving as fast as you can! For time, perform 10 rounds of:

50 m shuttle sprint
2 power cleans at approx 60% of your one rep max

For the shuttle, set a cone or marker 25 meters away and run down and back. Make sure to make 3 points of contact at each turn.
