2/20 DE Lower Body

Start off today with DE sumo dead lifts. Perform 2 reps every 45 seconds for 12 rounds. Use bands or chains if you have them.

Res 5-10 minutes then perform the following for time:

21-15-9 reps of
Sumo dead lift high pull
Knees to elbows
