Start off today with 3 push presses every 30 seconds for 5 minutes! Use approximately 60% of your one rep max from last Monday.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then complete the following for time:

Run 400m
12-9-6 reps of:
Hang power cleans @135/95
Kettle bell swings @45/25
Run 400m
