2/15 ME Lower Body

Start off today with 7×1 back squat. Work up to a heavy single

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform 5 rounds for time of:

12 kettle bell swings
15 pull ups
Run 400 m

  1. Went light on the back squat because of a wonky hip. I set a clock for 15 minutes and worked up to 255 with small jumps.

    Time: 16:35 for the met con. Felt good to get some running in! Good luck to everyone!!
