2/13/14 DE Upper Body

Start off today with 5 pull ups on the minute for 10 minutes.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform the following:

“Death by Burpees”

With a running clock, perform 1 burpee on the first minute, 2 on the second and so on adding one burpee every minute until you cannot finish the the work within the minute!
