2/13 DE Upper Body

Start off today with 3 dips on the minute for 12 minutes. You can do bar dips or ring dips.

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

1 atlas stone to shoulder
5 front squats @95#
10 box jumps
15 bent over rows
