2/1 ME Lower Body

Start today with body weight back squat for reps. Warm up thoroughly and do a few warm up sets. You have one set to complete as many reps as you can with body weight loaded on the bar.

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform 3 rounds for time of the following:

20 box jumps
10 dead lifts @115
8 power cleans @115
6 push jerk @ 115
