1/8/14 ME Upper Body

Start off today with 7 sets of 2 weighted strict pull ups. If you are still working pull ups, try to work up to body weight

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform 3 rounds of the following:

1minute max push ups
Rest 1 minute
1 minute max sit ups
Rest 1 minute
1 minute max front squats with an empty barbell
Rest 1 minute
