1/7/13 ME Lower Body

Sorry for the late post! Here’s is today’s workout:

Max effort deadlift any variation, any grip. 7×2 reps!

Rest 5-10 minutes them perform for time:

2 rounds:
10 air squats
8 push ups
6 pull ups
4 burpees
2 atlas stone to should (sub heavy dumbbell if necessary)
