1/6/14 DE Lower Body

Start off today with 3 dead lifts every 30 seconds for 6 minutes using 65% of your one rep max deadlift.

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

10 box jumps
8 burpee-to overhead with a 25/10# plate
6 knees to elbows (hang from the pull up bar)
4 push press with 135/65#
