1/4/13 DE Lower Body

Start off with DE good mornings: 3 reps on the minute for 10 minutes

Rest 5-10 then perform as many rounds in 20 minutes (AMRAP) of:

7 thrusters at 95 pounds
5 stone to shoulder (sub heavy dumbbell to shoulder if necessary)
Run 400m
