1/30 DE Upper Body

Start with DE ring rows. Set the rings up at finger tip height while lying on your back. Prop your feet on a box and perform 3 ring rows ever 45 seconds for 10 rounds.

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform the following for time:

10-1 hang dumbbell squat clean
1-10 pull ups
