1/29/14 DE Lower Body

Start off today with 4 reps of dead lift on the minute for 8 minutes. Use approximately 55% of your one rep max.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform the following for time:

10 down to 1 barbell thrusters @95/65
1 up to 10 burpees
