12/8/14 ME Lower Body

Start off today with 3×5 reps deadlift

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform 4 rounds for time of:

500m row
5 power cleans @155/105
10 pull ups

    245 for deads lift…13:50 on a killer routine.
