1/28 ME Lower Body

Start today with 7×1 front squat. Shoot for a pr.

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform the following for time:

21 dead lifts
21 burpees
15 dead lifts
15 burpees
9 dead lifts
9 burpees

(21-15-9 dead lifts and burpees)
