1/27/14 ME Upper Body

Start off today with 5 sets of 2 reps push press. Work up to the heaviest double you can!

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform as rounds and reps as possible (AMRAP) in 12 minutes of:

8 sumo dead lift high pull @95/65#
16 box jumps
50m overhead walking lunge with 45/15# plate

    Tougher than it sounded today!
