12/6/13 ME Lower Body

Start off today with 7 sets of 2 reps of dead lift. Work up to a heavy double.

Rest 5-10 minutes and the perform the following for time:

Run 800m
20 dumbbell snatches @35/women-15
Run 600m
16 dumbbell snatches @35/women-15
Run 400m
10dumbbell snatches @35/women-15
Run 200m
8 dumbbell snatches @35/women-15

(Alternate arms each on snatch)

    Back and shoulder both a little off today, so did 7 sets of 135lb for deads, used 25lb instead of 35lb for dumbell snatches.
    Finished in 16:11

    285 for heavy 2 deads and 15:56 for routine
