12/5 ME Lower Body Day

7×1 box squat. Work up to a one rep max box squat. You choose the height of the box.

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform the following for time:

40 sit ups
12 dead lifts
8 pull ups
30 sit ups
10 dead lifts
6 pull ups
20 sit ups
8 dead lifts
4 pull ups
