12/4/13 DE Upper Body

Start off today with 3 push press on the minute for 12 minutes. Use a weight that is about 60% of your 1 rep max.

Rest 5-10 minutes and the perform the following for time:

100 air squats
100 sit ups
100 walking lunge steps
100 pull ups (scale according)
