Choose ONE of the following workouts for today. Compare results to 10-11-12 workout!
20 min AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) of:
10 dead lifts
10 knees to elbows
10 push ups
8 min run, 2 min light jog x3, should be a total of 30 minutes.
Make sure pace is decreased a lot during the 2 min jog and the increased to a strong pace that can be held through out the workout.
