12/3/24 DE Lower Body

Start off today with 3 reps of back squat in the minute for 12 minutes.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform the following for time:

21 kettle bell swings @45/25
Run 100m
15 kettle bell swings @45/25
Run 200m
9 kettle bell swings @45/25
Run 400m
