12/30/13 ME Lower Body

Start today with max effort dead lifts. Any rep scheme, and stance, just work up to the heaviest single possible possible.

Perform 5 rounds for time of the CrossFit workout “Cindy” which is:

5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats

If you have a weight vest or body armor wear it! Good luck and post results to comments!
