Start today with DE floor press. Perform 3 reps ever 45 seconds for 10 rounds.

Rest 5-10 then complete as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 12 minutes of:

6 dips
8 burpee box jumps
10 overhead squats with 45# bar
