12/28 ME Lower Body

Start off today with 7×1 dead lift. Pick any stance and any grip. Go for a pr.

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform 5 rounds each for time of:

5 dead lift
5 hang power cleans
5 front squats
5 push press

Rest as needed between rounds. Try your best not to let go of the bar throughout each round. Good luck and post loads and results to comments!!
