12/24 ME Lower Body

Today start with 7×1 front squat OR zercher squats. Go for a Yule tide pr.

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform As many rounds and reps as possible (AMRAP) in 12 minutes for the following:

12 knees to elbows
10 dead lifts
Run 200m
