1/22/14 ME Lower Body

Start off today with max effort overhead squat. Work up to a heavy 2 rep max! If you have never done overhead squats begin with very light weight like an unloaded barbell and work up slowly! Form it’s the important thing on OHS

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform 2 rounds of the following each for time:

100jump rope singles
5 dead lifts @185/95
75 jump rope singles
5 dead lifts @ 185/95
50 jump rope singles
5 dead lifts @185/95
25 jump rope singles

Rest 5 minutes and then repeat!
