12/2/13 Max Effort Lower Body

Start off today with 3 reps front squat for 5 sets. Work up to a heavy triple.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform the following for time:

Row 2000m
20 push ups
Row 1500m
20 push ups
Row 1000m
20 push ups
Row 500m
20 push ups
