12/21/12 DE Upper Good Mornings (unless the world ends)

If the world doesn’t end tomorrow, perform 3 reps of good mornings on the minute for 12 minutes. Use about 60% of your one rep max.

Rest 5-10 min then perform the following for time:

15 one arm kettle bell swings (each side)
Run 400m
12 one arm kettle bell swings (each side)
Run 400m
9 one arm kettle bell swings (each side)
