12/20/13 DE Upper Body

Perform 2 reps of bench press on the minute for 12 minutes. Use approximately 55% of your 1 rep max!

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform 4 rounds for time of:

500m row
8 dumbbell snatches with #45/25
25 sit-ups

(Sub sumo deadlift high pull with #45 barbell if you do not have a rower. One rep is equal to 10 meters. Rep begins at mid shin)
