12/19/14 ME Upper Body

Start off today with 5×3 bench press.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform the following for time:

Row 1k
30 medicine ball slams (as heavy as possible!)
Row 800m
20 dumbbell snatches alternating arms @45/25
Row 600m
10 thrusters at 115/75
