12/18/13 ME Lower Body

Start off today with 5 sets of 2 reps box squat. Work up to a heavy double!!

Rest 5-10 minutes and the perform the following for time:

100 jump rope singles
30 kettle bell swings
30 push ups
30 walking lunges with a 25# plate held overhead
15 kettle bell swings
15 push ups
15 walking lunges with a 25# plate held overhead
100 jump rope singles
