12/16/13 DE Upper Body

Start off today with 4 pull ups on the minute for 10 minutes.

Rest 5-10 minutes and the perform 3 rounds for time of the following:

Run 400m
5 burpee box jumps
5 thrusters @95/65

    10:01…running in the cold air at 9:30 makes us tougher than everyone else too.
