12/15/14 ME Upper Body

Start off today with 5×3 strict overhead press.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 10 minutes of:

20 air squats
10 box jumps up and over a 30/24 inch box
5 strict pull ups
Run 200m

Rest 5 minutes and repeat for an 8 minute AMRAP.
