Start off today with 5×3 strict overhead press. Push pressing or push jerking is not allowed.

Rest 5-10 minutes the perform the following or time:

Run 400m
21 thrusters
21 kettle bell swings
Run 400m
15 thrusters
15 kettle bell swings
Run 400m
9 thrusters
9 kettle bell swings
Run 400m
