10 pull ups
10 air squats
10 ground to overhead with 20# dumbbells
30 sit ups
10 pull ups
10 air squats
10 ground to overhead with 20# dumbbells
20 sit ups
10 pull ups
10 air squats
10 ground to overhead with 20# dumbbells
10 sit ups
10 pull ups
10 air squats
10 ground to overhead with 20# dumbbells

Rest 2 minutes and repeat.
