12/12/14 ME Lower Body

Start off today with 3×5 reps of box squat. The last set should be done at 85% of your 1 rep max.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform the following for time:

10 down to 1 rep of ground to overhead with a 45/25 pound plate
1 up to 10 overhead walking lunges (each leg) with 45/25 pound plate
