12/12/13 Short Range Met Con

Today is a strength rest day. Work on mobility and get ready for the met con below!!

Perform 5 rounds EACH FOR TIME of:
12 box jumps
6 pull ups
25 m sled push with high handles @90/50
25m sled push with low handles @ 90/25

Rest as needed between rounds. Post times for each round to comments! Good luck!

*note: if you do this workout at the nfcc gym, the sled must be on the asphalt track on the hill…your transition to the sled is included in your time for each round.
