12/12 DE Lower Body Day

Start off today with 3 dead lifts on the minute for 10 minutes. Pick a weight that is 55% of your 1 rep max. Use bands if you have them.

Rest 5-10 minutes then complete the following for time:

10 down to 1 – power snatch
1 up to 10 – 40″ or higher box jump up and over (you may use hands if needed)
