12/10/13 Short Distance Intervals

Today is a strength rest day.  Spend some time working on mobility and get ready for the track workout below!

12x200m run

Walk or jog 200m for recovery

Run all 200m sprints at your best mile pace and keep efforts within 2-3 seconds of each other.

  1. Good interval set! The recovery was plenty long enough and we were able to hit a few negative splits on the last few. Next time we will try to use 40 seconds pace instead of 45s.
