11/9 DE Upper Body Day

5 pull ups on the minute for 12 minutes. Kipping is allowed.

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform the following for time:

4 rounds of
2 muscle ups
8 Overhead squat 115
12 box jumps

An appropriate sub for muscle ups is 3 bent over rows + 3 ring dips. Post results to comments! Good luck!
