1/16/14 Long Range Met Con

Set a clock for 30 minutes and alternate between these 3 movements:

Minute 1: 6 pull ups
Minute 2: 6 dead lifts at 225/135
Minute 3: 6 dumbbell thrusters with 25# dumbbells (15# for women)
Repeat the sequence for 30 minutes!
