11/6/13 DE Upper Body

Start off today with 2 reps of bench press every 45 seconds for 10 minutes. Use a weight you can move quickly but is still challenging.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform 10 rounds of the following for time:

10 burpees
100m sled drag with 90#/45#
